Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Philadelphia is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

The bubble tea tastes sour. Customer service never answers the phone.

When they had first grand opening at Chinatown I was gonna try it out but was surprised to see a long line goes all the way across down to 11th street or more I had to come back next week which I did and brought some drinks there still more line but less line then it was but still more people I recommend order thru there app to make it easier then just standing out in a hot weather the drink I got was very refreshing and I checked my app and saw my drink was ready so I went straight inside the store to get my drink with no problem. checking the reviews about this store kinda understandable because there was way too packed the employees were probably just overwhelmed probably just me but good drinks Iβll come back next time!

Tried hey tea for the first time. Mango coconut boom was really good!!! Worth the hype. Everyone that I was with was very happy with our drinks. I wanted to make a note that this Philadelphia location has had a lot of hype and the wait time can be long since they have only been open 2 weeks. Ours wasnβt too bad we ordered at 8:24 pm and received it by 8:47 pm. The staff there are working really hard! They were very polite when we came asked about our number in the queue. They probably did 3x the amount of people than there are current reviews in that span of time. And people are ordering many drinks because they want to try many flavors! I feel that there are a lot of review on this page starting with βI never leave a bad review butβ¦ I had to waitβ¦β. My thought is that this is not very fair to the team here that is working very hard and producing tasty drinks. If you donβt want to wait- donβt! The line is long so instead come back next week and stop complaining. We sat in the cute upstairs area while we waited and had a lovely time!

Honestly so so good! The wait is unfortunate, but itβs understandable considering the hype and the fact thatβs itβs so new! The workers were diligent and so kind, gotta give them their props for working on 60+ orders at a time all day. My friends and I tried a few different drinks, but my favorite was the Coconut Mango Boom. Everything is very high quality overall, and itβs a very cute place- canβt wait until everything dies down and can enjoy there for a nice treat when Iβm in the mood for it.
